Mod-Souls are a special type of being.  They are never truly complete until they have a combination of 5 complete souls.  As of now, Rion is not complete.  As of now, Rion only has Ran, the Spirit Guide, and himself.  

Ran, was the son of Angel and Damon, oddly enough, he was not conceived like a normal child, no, he was the work of science.  His father was a “mad scientist” so to say which led to his birth.  He lived an okay life, training, working hard to achieve great power, and becoming what some may call a monster, while others may call a hero.  Ran meant well with all that he did, but at times, it came across to others that what he was doing was all out of spite.  Ran eventually met his match, and perished.  

Roan was a blood elf, a smart one at that.  He came from a clan in south east Europe, The Spaudes.  They were a powerful bunch, and Roan was their leader.  After meeting the mixture of souls that were put into a Gigai, which was a make shift body for Rion to control until he found a new host, Roan saw the power and wanted to help.  He agreed to give his body to Rion and sacrifice himself.  Before leaving, he taught Rion all he needed to of the powers and abilities of the Blood Elf body that he would soon over take, and handed his Clan down to his younger brother, Maitu.  

Finally, Rion, the main subject.  He’s misunderstood by most, and feared by some, but in reality, he’s a…well, maybe not good, but, he’s not bad either.  Let us start from the beginning.  Rion is another creation, but this creation, was a creation of Ran.  Rion is a Mod Soul, which, is a man-made soul.   It has the ability to conjoin with other souls with a bit of help.  A Mod Soul is usually contained within a capsule, and implanted into a capsule using a Soul Syringe.  With that, with a bit of help from an old friend, and trainer, Ran had his soul placed into the same Capsule as Rion’s soul, conjoining the two for eternity.  Next, the Gigai was created and the Capsule was implanted to bring Rion to life.  Immediately, he knew that this current form would not, and could not last more than a year and so he began his search for Roan, a power Blood Elf who would eventually join Ran and Rion for eternity.  Why choose a blood elf you may ask?  Or, why that specific Blood elf? Well, that’s another story in itself.

Like we already know, Roan was powerful, but there was something that attracted Rion to him, his name.  His name was similar to his own and he figured once he took over, it would be easier for others to transition into calling him Rion, without really knowing why.  That was the first, but the second and third had to do with Roan’s abilities.  He had a stronger, darker, control over blood manipulation.  He didn’t need the blood to be outside of the body, or even near him to control its flow.  As long as he had some type of current that his power could travel through, he could reach a target from miles away.  Again though, this was truly not the main reason Roan was chosen.  The real reason was The Combatting Soul.  Rion knew that he was more “evil” than “good” now that he and Ran combined their souls.  He had heard of Roan had the guts to stand up to evil entities and chase them away, but he never knew how he has done it.  This intrigued Rion, and so, he made a pact to track Roan down and find out for himself.  

Along the journey, he ran into a bit of trouble that ultimately cost him his life, and set back finding Roan.  He had heard of his father’s death, and he sought vengeance, he vowed to track the man that he thought was once his friend down, and cut him down.  Once he finally did find Elrich, he fought him, and he fought him to the death.  Both Rion and Elrich fell in battle and moved on to another world, but not for good, not yet at least.  

Soon after Rion’s death, Hachiman came looking for Rion. He found him in Hell, and gave him new powers, powers that Rion had never thought to exist, and ultimately, brought him back to life making him The Second Heavenly King. Before being released into the human world once more, Rion was forced to have a 30% power decrease hidden within in his body. Hachiman did this with something called a Gentei Kaijo(Limiter Release). The Gentei Kaijo has taken his power level down to about 70% allowing him to travel the human world so that when needed, he can fight without causing too much chaos. Because Hachiman sealed away 30% of his power until he truly needed it, he granted him one of the three great eye techniques, the byakugan. He stayed in the land of The Eight Banners to train, and become more powerful. Doing so, he learned the fighting style of the gentle fist, and also learned how to open the eight inner gates, unlocking his true potential without undoing the Gentei Kaijo.  After learning the gentle fist and how to unlock the eight inner gates, he left the land of the eight banners and traveled into the human world to continue his journey to finding Roan.  

Once Rion finally got to Roan, he realized that this elf was more incredible than he ever imagined.  The kindness that radiated from him was unimaginable.  He had a place for Rion to stay and he himself had already heard stories of Rion and knew why he had come, and welcomed the offer.  He wanted to experience more things in life and this was the perfect opportunity.  Roan took an adventurous life that was set in front of him and ran with it.  He would share his body with two other souls and become one of the most powerful beings to ever exist.  

Eventually, Rion allowed Roan to go free, but Roan insisted that Rion keep the body.  He found a new life on the Island, the real island.  The island with the Dreamer and her crew.  Rion disappeared after the eclipse, he took care of a few things, and he got rid of the Hollow within him, he freed him, along with Virror, he gave up many of his powers and gave up many of the hassles that came with those powers.  Because of this, Rion knew he had to find new powers, new ways to gain back the power that he had lost by doing this.  So, he began his research.

Rion traveled to a realm called Fraul.  Along the way, he met a small elf, Fro.  Fro taught Rion how to gain power without taking the soul of another and absorbing it as his own.  Fro taught Rion how to use his reaper abilities without using dead souls.  He taught him how to use live souls.  Souls of nature.  Once he had mastered this, he finally made it to Fraul.

Rion was changed because of Fraul and it was a change for the better.  This change caused him to become a Spirit Guide.  He eventually received a letter from an old friend and he took this opportunity to make amends.  He divided his soul of the Spirit Guide and absorbed it in order to maintain a living body in the world outside of Fraul.  Now, Rion is back with the Immortals.  His new life is beginning, and his new powers are soon to be discovered.


Powers and Abilities

Main Elements-
• Earth-

Minerals- Something that was originally created by ran. It was a way to control diamonds. Soon after mastering the use of diamonds, he began trying other minerals and finally found a way to grow, and manipulate other minerals as well. He introduces his use of minerals was in a match with Cloud, and from there, it quickly became his signature move.

Quick Sand- The quick sand is more of an ability that allows Rion to soften the ground under him and letting him quickly sink into it, then harden it above him and soften it else where and push him back to the surface.

Laced Diamonds- These are diamonds that Rion can grow either from the ground, or on his body. There are many different colors, and each color has a different use, the grey diamonds being the most dangerous, but least used.

Diamond Rebirth- This is a technique where diamonds cover Rion’s body, acting as skin and once broken will begin to regenerate. This regeneration does take time, and the ability is always in use.


• Fire-
Fire Recovery- Rion is able to heal himself using flames. Nothing major, but minor wounds and deep cuts are able to be sealed using a special flame that burns directly in the center of Rion’s stomach.

Storm- Having the ability to create a thunderstorm by launching a conductor into the sky and sending a high voltage into the conductor, thus creating an intense thunder storm that Rion is able to control.
Raging Light Fang- After absorbing so much electricity, or charging himself up, Rion will fire a lethal amount of electricity and aim it in a cage like formation at his enemy.


Chidori-
A concentration of electricity forming in the users palm and then forced outwards into the enemy, causing major damage.


Chidori Stream-
A concentration of electricity that is fired out of the users palm and directed towards the opponent.


Lightning Blade-
A concentration of electricity that forms into a blade around the users arm, and can be used to cut through many things.

•Darkness-
Darkness Dome- Being able to create a dome of pure darkness with his sword, Rion can manipulate the dome to grow body parts, make illusions, and leave both Rion and his opponent without any sense of sight.

• Blood-    
Blood Fusion- From getting just a tiny drop of blood from his opponent, Rion can create a link with the Blood Fusion Network, copying all the powers and abilities of an opponent while the opponent would also be able to gain all the powers and abilities from Rion.

Blood Needles- Hardened blood forms into needle like objects and move at my command

Blood Fahrenheit- The ability to look into an opponent and control the temperature of their blood. Boiling, freezing, etc.

Bloody Mary- With the Blood Needles, and Blood Fahrenheit, the boiling/freezing blood the drains from the body from the holes that the needles brought, the victim is either burned in their own blood, or frozen inside of it like a "Blood Cube".

Blood Pulse- Out of the tips of his fingers, Rion can form a razor sharp ring of blood and fire it at his opponent.

Blood Claws- As Rion is in his Hollow form, this is the first process into his second transformation. He claws into his own heart, and the blood forms around his hands forming claws.

Rip Your Heart Out and Hope To Die- While in his second Hollow form, Rion flies into the victim, gashes his claws into their chest, and finally runs his blood claws through their heart, and ripping it out of their chest.

Summoning:

Iron Maiden- Rion’s right hand women. She is made of the universes strongest metal and is able to grow or shrink to the size of Rion’s target, and traps the target inside of her.

Iron Warrior- Rion summons him when he needs a distraction. He has a large metal sword that when swung, fires off an immense energy and a shield that when the edges turn completely red, it fires a beam of red light. Anything that the beam touches is instantly vaporized.

Others:

• Byakugan- This is the power given to him by Hachiman. It gives him the ability to see the chakra of others and a 359 degree vision.

• The Gentle Fist- A fighting style that goes along with the use of the Byakugan, it pin points chakra points and allows Rion to open and close chakra points hurting his opponent by crushing their ability to control chakra. Some moves within the gentle fist may kill an enemy with ease.

• Bones- After seeing his father use them, he continues to study them. Soon after, he taught himself how to use them. Now, he is able to pin his opponent, pierce through his opponent, and even walk on them making him resemble a spider when doing so.

• Explosive Blade- A dark blue energy thrown off of his sword that increases in power when Rion uses his spiritual pressure.

•Detonating Blade - This is an enhanced version of Explosive Blade. Its appearance is different than it though. This one is black with a red aura surrounding it.



• Moonless Sky- Generating a blade of deep black spiritual energy in his hand and swings it towards the target. Doing so causes a massive veil of black spiritual energy to erupt upwards and approach the target, darkening the sky, and heavily damaging anything caught within the blast. The energy then continues to rise, dissipating into the sky.

• Eight Point Purity Seal- A seal that uses Celtic language and is formed only when Rion is in his Mage Mode. He takes his staff and and draws the celtic symbols in the ground and finally forms a seal. The seal will only last a total of three months, but is able to get the job done.




• Heavenly Mode- Although he has yet to fight in this mode, he knows that it holds unthinkable power. This is the form that he must use when is the land of the eight banners, but has yet to be brought to the point of needing to use this to fight. (No longer used since the heavenly powers had been given up in order to save Brant, his partner.)

• Penta Blades-Being that Rion took both of his father, Damon’s swords, and one of Elrich’s swords, he now has 5.  Each begin to glow, and then surround the enemy, Rion can teleport to any of them, and use it against the opponent, but once he teleports away, the sword returns back to the pentagon that the 5 swords make up.  

• The Last Stand-  Rion turns himself completely into Purity, but being that so much corruption lies within him, he explodes, taking all enemies, allies, and people down with him.

• Top Hat Doom-  The Top hat of Elrich, that came to Rion’s feet once Elrich died, appears and begins snowing darkness, leaving openings for Rion to appear anywhere at any time.

• Blue Fury- Rion, in Hollow Form, grows curved blades on his arms in place of his swords, he gains movement speed, and his diamond armor hardens even more so, making up for his close combat style fighting.  

• Intentional Devastation- While in blue fury, solid beams of energy surround the enemy and slowly close in on them, any movement from the enemy increased the speed and eventually, shredding their body.
